the years Property Frontiers’ Corporate
Division has sourced, negotiated and completed
numerous discount property deals for large
investors. We are now utilizing our skills
in negotiating discounts on property to
provide all of our customers with the opportunity
to buy properties in around the globe at
considerable discounts. We do this by negotiating
discounts on the purchase of large volumes
of properties in a single development. In
exchange for committing to so many purchases,
developers are often willing to offer substantial
discounts. Each unit is then offered to
members of the Consortium. As a result,
our Consortium members are able to receive
discounts that would usually only be available
to bulk buyers, even when they buy only
a single property.
We are the first property consortium to
be entirely open, honest and accurate about
what we do and what value we offer. Unlike
some other organisations, we don't believe
that there are any "hidden secrets" to successful
international property investment or any
"tricks of the trade" that can be utilised
to achieve deals that other people can't.
The discounts that are available through
us, or any other organization, are simply
the result of bulk buying or buying at a
very early off-plan stage.
In addition to access to discounted property,
we offer other benefits to our members such
as regular property news updates, exclusive
access to our global research reports and
regular property seminars where members
can come together, discuss opportunities
and listen to speakers from the world of
international property.
The charging mechanism for membership is
open and transparent. The annual membership
fee covers our costs for administration
and the delivery of associated services
such as research reports etc. However, the
most important reason for having an annual
membership fee is because we know that anyone
that pays the fee is a serious investor
that wants to buy international property.
It is only with this confidence that we
can negotiate and commit to bulk deals.
The best discounts are achieved when we
guarantee developers a certain volume of
sales and therefore we need to be confidence
that our members are keen to buy.
The consortium aims to offer members a number
of opportunities to purchase overseas properties
with a significant discount on their market
value. Unit prices start from as little
as £30,000 although deals will be offered
with higher priced units. We aim to negotiate
discounts of 10%-25% on all consortium offerings.
Ultimately the deals we source will be dictated
by the demands of our members.
The Property Frontiers Consortium costs
a one off fee of £2,000 per annum.
